I am a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Project Management and international certifications in project management, risk and agile practices (PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PSM I and Six Sigma Green Belt).

My work focuses on technical initiatives where engineering decisions, project execution and economic impact are closely connected. I contribute by structuring projects, clarifying trade-offs and supporting decision-making in environments characterized by complexity, risk and constraints.

My experience includes industrial and infrastructure projects in Brazil, international operations in Australia and current engagement in a multinational industrial environment, always with a method-driven and execution-oriented approach.

A central aspect of my experience is working on projects focused on structural efficiency and long-term value creation.

While working in Australia, I developed and led a project aimed at reducing operational expenditure through targeted capital investments in a mobility startup. The initiative was based on technical feasibility, lifecycle analysis and risk assessment, and later became the capstone project of my MBA.

This experience consolidated my ability to translate engineering and project decisions into financial impact, supporting investment logic, risk-aware trade-offs and sustainable outcomes across the project lifecycle.

My international background includes progression from hands-on mechanical roles to supervisory responsibilities, working directly with teams, schedules, operational constraints and execution challenges.

This progression provided a practical understanding of how projects behave beyond planning documents, including the impact of variability, interfaces, people and operational risk.

Currently, I operate in a multinational industrial environment, supporting technical projects, CAPEX control, risk analysis and process improvement initiatives, interacting with engineering teams, operations, suppliers and management.

My experience also includes negotiation with global stakeholders, particularly with Chinese partners, navigating cultural nuances and building productive relationships across different business contexts.
